Jess’ After Christmas Sales Edit

Wanna know what’s a terrible idea? Going OUT to do your after Christmas sale shopping.

I mean, isn’t this the whole reason Al Gore invented the internet? So we didn’t have to put pants on or make eye contact with other humans whilst we shop?

An even worse idea is going out shopping on one of the busiest days of the year, on one of the most crowded locations in the country, Chicago’s Magnificent Mile.

So naturally, that’s exactly what I decided to do during our quick trip to my beloved home city of Chicago. I blame this momentary lapse of judgement on Sofitel hotel’s perfect location and its proximity to everything good. Thankfully, I came to my senses REAL quick though, I didn’t make it through the second set of doors to HM before tuning around and running for my life.

But that’s the reason I’m here. so you can learn from my mistakes. Now, take those pants back off, refill your mug and simply scroll.

  1. My new obsession….AllSaints. My cart and my heart (at least the part dedicated to shopping) are now full. I thank you, however my husband does not. Perhaps the gorgeous T Rivi dress I have coming will change his mind!! Please please post how you decide to style your pieces!!!

    • I knowww, they’re SO good right?? I’m working on a post on how I’m wearing my T-rivi dress, my Harper Biker Sweatshirt and my Drape Sweatshirt, should be coming real soon!

  2. I would love to see pictures and styling/sizing advice for AllSaints pieces — I don’t have one local & have a gift card I can’t decide what to use on!

  3. How does the sizing for All Saints run? The models seem to wear mediums. I’m 5’6″ and usually wear smalls but wondering if I’d need a medium as well….
