I could have changed the thumbnail to this video, but G’s face is just too good . . . amiright?
Graphic liner is alllll over the place this fall. There’s a whole lotta new funky ways to apply it, but I’m going to guess that most of you don’t want tips on how to wear liner like this. Instead, I’m going to focus on the most wearable version of the graphic liner trend: classic cat eye makeup.
My sister-in-law agreed to let me do her makeup so you guys could see how a cat eye looks on different face shapes. It’s best to keep the rest of the face fairly neutral and let the eyes pop with this trend. You can use any color or type of liner you like, but my favorite is classic black liquid liner. (Although this trend would look seriously cool using a bright liquid liner in a fun color).
Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Jet Black (available in many other colors, this one STAYS put)
MAC Eyebrows Pencil in Fling (the BEST color I’ve found for very light blonde brows)
Too Faced Cocoa Contour Chiseled to Perfection Palette (I LOVE this palette and use it on all of my brides . . . it comes with three shades of contour powder and a gorgeous highlighter . . . this palette will work year-round, regardless of getting lighter or darker with the sun . . . plus it smells delicious).
Clinique Long Last Glosswear in Tenderheart (THE best neutral color in a long lasting gloss).
Urban Decay Naked Foundation (still my favorite foundation of all time . . . after trying lots of others, this one is still my go-to for the lightweight feel but buildable coverage).
