  1. Fab, you guys! But do you have any interest in a controversial new trend this year– sock boots with kitten heels? These are appealing to those of us who have foot issues and (sniff sniff) can no longer wear a heel more than 1 and 1/2 in. Also, wide boots would be great to know about!

  2. Ugh, I found a pair I need from EVERY category! Awesome picks. During your covetable research, did you come across any textured boots with a low to flat heel?

  3. Has anyone mentioned the Joan of Arc wedge knock-offs at Target?? I still prefer my Lea wedges, but the Target ones felt pretty close to the real thing and were something like $39.

  4. I was not sure where to post this question, so I apologize that it is a little off topic. I was wondering if you thought the ASTR Foiled Wrap Mini is still fashionable?

I really like the look of a graphic T with sequin or “fancy” pants/skirt and sneakers (etc. converse or stan smith). It is still a little too hot here to bust out my gold sequin pants…that I also found on your site, thank you 🙂 So, I started playing around with my wardrobe and come across the ASTR Foiled Wrap Mini. I thought I might be about to wear the foiled mini at least until the weather cools off, but do you think the skirt is still on point?

    • YES. Absofreakinglutely. I’d wear it now with a graphic tee and sock boots. The tweaks I’d make now it that I’d completely tuck the tshirt in, rather than doing a half tuck. And while this outfit will look adorable with a moto jacket, I might mix it up by trying it under a swingy coat. With the sock boots especially, it might have a fun, 60’s mod vibe.
