Favorite Moments (and Clothes!!) from Our Shopping Party With LOFT

A few weeks ago, the folks from LOFT reached out, asking if I would host an end-of-summer party at the LOFT store on Walnut St.  (That’s in Philly, folks.)  A DJ and a caterer were booked, and drinks were involved so obviously I was in.  The party ran from 3-6PM on a Friday night, and if you’ve been following along on my IG stories (@shanachristine), you’ll know that LOFT can throw one heck of a party.

They even brought in some cute boys for the night.  Which, ya know….wasn’t terrible. #itsatoughjob

The LOFT crew is a seriously fun team.  And it was hysterical watching people walk – unsuspecting – through the front door. Like….a party?  FOR ME?  There is something rather genius about combining shopping and cocktails on a Friday night.  And thank you to everyone who showed up – I had such a good time gabbing (and shopping)!

Speaking of new friends….I especially had fun hosting with this new-to-Philly blogger, Alicia Tenise.  Welcome to Philly, you babe.  (And readers – I think you’ll like her blog.  She does outfits and travel and is just an all-around cool chick.)

Below you’ll find the pieces worn to the LOFT event (you can see many of them ‘in action’ in the pics above), a few pieces that were flying off the shelves during the event, and a few favorites that caught my eye.  (ps.  All full-price items are 30% off!!)

A huge thank-you to LOFT for sponsoring this post!  Anytime you guys want to throw a bash on Walnut St, count me in!!  And readers, thank you for your continued support – it doesn’t go unnoticed, and is so very much appreciated.

  1. I love that you continue to focus on LOFT. When I was working and in my early 20s, I was more of Ann Taylor girl, but I think LOFT is more of the vibe of the modern woman, working or work-from/at-home. Also their price point is excellent and quality sufficient for trendy clothes. Surprisingly I love their jeans, pear shaped girls will love their curvy fit. They fit a wide variety of bodies and sizes. I basically bought an entire post-baby wardrobe from them this year.

    • Agreed! I discovered LOFT recently as I don’t have a store near me, but I’m pear-shaped and love how the clothes fit. Get compliments all the time on fun prints (and it’s hard for me to find prints I like!)
