There’s a short learning curve, but with a bit of practice, it’s super-easy to create waves and texture with this styler.

The ghd Platinum+ styler works in one pass (meaning less breakage), but a heat-protectant spray is always key anytime you’re using heat to style hair. My favorite is Living Proof’s Humidity Shield from its No Frizz line (I LOVE that line) because it protects hair from heat and UV rays without weighing it down or feeling greasy. As far as frizz goes, this stuff prevents it better than any other cream/lotion/serum I’ve tried. It’s also safe for colored or chemically-treated hair and formulated without silicone.
