It’s no secret that when it comes to jeans, I tend to play it safe and stick to what I know best…skinnies. Don’t get me wrong, I have certainly tried many different cuts of denim, but until recently, I hadn’t found a pair of non-skinny jeans that I actually liked.
And all that changed when I tried on Liverpool’s Lucy Bootcut Silky Soft Jean. The fit, the length, the feel, the wash of these jeans — are all perfect for me!
A Pair Of Bootcut Jeans That Rival My Go-To Skinnies
I like for my jeans to have that perfectly-impossible combination of great stretch and hold at the same time. These totally deliver. The jeans run more mid-rise as well, which differs from my typical ultra high-waisted fit. These jeans are made of a buttery-soft fabric, which feels amazing on my skin. What I particularly love about this pair is that they are nice enough to be worn for a business casual moment, but also can be styled for a weekend look, too.
I personally think Liverpool’s jeans have timeless designs that are flattering on my extra curvaceous body. I never thought I would find a well-fitting pair of bootcut, mid-rise jeans, but I am seriously in love with these!
And p.s. I’ve gotten tons of compliments every time I have worn these beauties.
Styling The Liverpool Boyfriend Blazer With Princess Dart Pattern
And OMG, I have to tell you all I am also in love with this blazer! It’s so stunning and looks structured while also providing stretch. The Glen plaid is timeless, and surprisingly looks and feels great with a sweat set. Trust me, I tried it, and even my fashion-particular brother loved the look!

I cannot tell you all how stoked I am to rock something other than skinnies for once! Liverpool has a great selection of plus-size pieces, and there are so many things I am crushing on right now.

Liverpool, a huge thank you for sponsoring this post. I’m excited to have found some incredible pieces and to start rocking bootcut jeans, they are just so good. As always, all thoughts, opinions and product choices are my own. And readers, thank you for your continued support. It doesn’t so unnoticed and is so very much appreciated.
Oh hey, Pinners…
Love this whole outfit! I was planning to wear my boyfriend blazer tomorrow & you’ve got me rethinking what jeans to pair it with.
