Hello There, Memorial Day Weekend! The sun is shining (ok, it’s pouring, but it will shine again soon,) the Memorial Day Sales are strong, my Top 10 Summer must-haves are all on sale, the grill is on fire, I’m in cheetah shorts and a tie-front tee, (for which I just found a super on sale less than $20 alternative, and another super cute one for $12) that are making me so happy, and we have one less day to school-from-home!!! Hooray for holiday weekends!

And we’re practicing gratitude, for all who serve and have served and have lost their lives serving, many wars, from the front line, to keep us all safe — thank God for all of you. Weekly Favorite Finds Memorial Day Weekend: Comfy At Home With Neutrals, Patterns & Texture

If you make ONE purchase this weekend, my #1, hands-down, top recommendation for home, is better sheets = better sleep: Parachute (which doesn’t go on sale often, in fact, this is one of only two times per year it will happen) is offering 20% Off through May 25th. Sleep, is a worthwhile investment. The Linen Venice set (their 2 pillow cases, 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, aka: European set) is my personal favorite.

1/ Tie Front Tee | In general, I stay clear of expensive tees in my real-mom world, but this one is special enough, and my price-per-wear will basically have it paying me. It’s selling out quickly, in spite of not being on sale. THIS ONE is similar, and on sale for 50% off the 50% of what the original cost in the first place! And THIS one, is $12 and couldn’t be cuter!

2/ Animal Print Shorts | These are not on sale, and I don’t care. They are pulling the inner 80s/90s wild child in me out, and right now, I need to at least pretend I’m having a ton of fun!

3/ Big Bottomed Birks | I’m not sure that my PT would advise walking long distance in platform Birks…but guess what? I’m not going anywhere other than the patio. So there. I’m happy in these. And so are my feet.

4/ Lelani Pendant | And then I swooned and started rearranging lighting in my own home to work this beauty in. And she’s on SALE!!!

5/ Stand-Up Desk | So…I know lots of people that swear by this adjustable sit-stand desk, and it is arguably amazing. And it’s on sale, so that helps. However, even on sale, it’s still a major investment. As a great alternative, especially if you are trying a stand-up desk for new work-from-home, and/or change of pace, and/or how do I save my back and alleviate screen pain….have you seen Laura’s stand-up desk??? Worth a try, for sure! She’s loving hers!

6/ Plaid Ottoman | I don’t normally fall in love with plaid. Until I do. That happened here.

7/ Folding Lounge Chair | Maybe it’s my safari-esque look I’m sporting, but how gorgeous are these ON SALE (use code LIVEWELL, for 20% off), folding rattan loungers? Roof deck here we come!

8/ Classic Windsor Bench White | I just LOVE this modern, classic white Windsor bench for dining and entries!

9/ Striped Clipped Bean Lounger | Spot clean only, be warned…and not on sale, but a very reasonable price for what it is. And what it is, is a double-duty floor cushion that can be clip-strapped into a bean bag chair! So cute!

10/ Easy Planters | My neighbor Stan just dropped off a few tomato plant starters that I wasn’t expecting, and I am thrilled to have! To get the ‘right’ light, they need to go up high…so I’ve just ordered a few lightweight containers for them! They are weatherproof, made from recycled materials, and come in tons of fun colors and a bunch of sizes!

11/ Sit Stay Throw Pillows | If the lab came with them, they’d be in my cart. For now, they are tagged on my short list of throw pillows I love this week!

12/ Leaning Bookshelves | These are on sale, which helps, because they aren’t inexpensive. I love that they are so functional with so much space for storage and yet take up just the right amount of visual space. And also that they come in so many different arrangements.
