With the cooler temps rolling in here in Northeast PA, most of us have started breaking out the fall sweaters and pants. Don’t get me wrong, I love me a good pair of jeans, but my sense of style is ultra-feminine, so even in the colder months, I’m always looking for seasonally appropriate dresses + skirts! Here are my five fall dress styles that I simply cannot get through the season without!

My 5 Fav Dresses For Fall

1. The Ribbed Knit Dress

The oversized sweater dress. A ribbed knit dress. The t-shirt dress....& there are 2 more must-have dresses we love 4 fall. Our fav autumn dresses, inside.I personally think ribbed knit is so comfortable and very flattering on the body, so this is a style of dress you will always see me wearing heavily throughout the fall and winter!

2. The Faux Leather Dress

I am loving the faux leather this fall. I have been veering away from black more as I get older (I’m loving color), but this black faux leather dress was truly a piece I could not say no to.

3. The T-Shirt Dress

What’s easier than a comfy t-shirt dress? You can dress ’em up, dress ’em down, layer them, wear them alone. The possibilities really are endless, but I usually opt for a more casual look with a pair of Air Max’s.

4. The Camel Dress

Camel is definitely my favorite shade of brown to wear in the fall. Its a perfect medium tone, and the warmer hue really helps to not wash me out as my summer tan slowly and sadly fades away. This is always the color I veer towards when shopping brown, so a good camel dress or two is essential for my fall wardrobe!

5. The Oversized Sweater Dress

Comfort is key when you have a tribe of small kiddos to chase after, so the oversized sweater dress is another essential fall/winter look for me. I really love it because I can still look nice while being super-comfortable, and again this is a style you can dress up with a bootie or dress down with a sneak!
