Shana’s Half-Yearly Sale Picks
The best buys in the entire sale (imo) are cashmere sweaters. There are two in particular that are giving major La Ligne vibes.
LEFT: My yellow cashmere sweater is sold out, but the Black- Ivory Spaced Stripe reminds me of La Ligne’s AAA Cashmere sweater. My trick is to size up at least one size (sometimes two) for a slouchier fit. In general, these sweaters look MUCH more expensive than they actually are, and that black one with the thin ivory stripe just whispers quiet luxury.
RIGHT: If you’ve been eyeing up La Ligne’s mini Toujours cashmere sweater, then check out this 100% cashmere striped sweater from Nordstrom. While the fit isn’t quite as good as La Ligne, it’s pretty darn similar. This sweater is bizarrely soft and thick – it’s a really cozy sweater – and I can’t get over the sale price ( $107).

ONE: These MOTHER jeans are still my go-to for winter. They’re perfect for keeping hemlines out of the snow (but they also look amazing with fun summer sandals come warmer weather!). Oh, and the ribbon-as-a-belt situation? Why haven’t I done this sooner? (Btw, these boots have also been go-to’s of mine for years…and reviewers love them too!)
TWO: This dress is my go-to for weddings, special occasions—basically anytime I need something chic and easy. The high neckline keeps it classy, while the bare shoulders and upper back add a little edge. The front layer is super flattering (bye-bye tummy worries), and the length is that perfect not-too-short, not-too-long vibe. It’s especially great for curvier bodies—it defines the waist without being too tight everywhere else! While this color’s no longer available, there are six others to choose from—and they’re 40–70% off!

Em’s Half-Yearly Sale Picks
ONE: The best thing about this top (and the reason I snapped it up) might be that the sequined pattern continues on the back, too. It’s almost like jewelry – and it’s on sale in the black-on-black (which, honestly, is more wearable year-round). It’s a thick, stretchy, flattering fabric that looks luxe and feels great on, too. And it’s plenty long if you don’t prefer a tucked look.
TWO: These boots! One more time for the people in the back. Extremely comfy, a zippered accent and higher shaft that makes these very wearable with cropped pants or dresses/skirts, a timeless not-quite-western shape – and waterproof! Worth owning in more than one color. They’re very good. Also not on sale, but the bow I’m wearing in both of these photos is the best little buy – makes everything feel just a bit sweeter, and it’s under $25.

Laura’s Half-Yearly Sale Picks

ONE: I wear this Pippa puffer literally every other day, so I can’t pass up the opportunity to sing its praises again. It will be traveling with me this week too because it’s so easy to pack (literally in the name lol.) It’s soft and so easily layerable. It also doesn’t go on sale that often, so I recommend snapping it up now if you’ve been eyeing one. TTS with room to layer.
TWO: This Nike sweatshirt is still in constant rotation in my wardrobe, they’re on sale AND they have a gorgeous new deep green color this year that I so want. True to size and perfectly cut. The best sweats material ever. They’re a long time team favorite.

Amy’s Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale Picks

ONE: If you want the smoothest, most glowing skin of winter…THIS. Any products from this brand, really. But these travel sized kits are the absolute best way to try them out for the first time (aaaand perfect for winter travel plans, obvi).
TWO: One of the best cropped sweaters out there because of the longer sleeves, keeping the fit feel very modern (not to mention, cooozzzy). TTS.

ONE: Mango Cardigan + Mango Wrap Skirt– So, obviously I am a big fan of Mango right now! They have so much great stuff. This cardigan is the perfect not-too-cropped length to show off cute jeans and skirts. And I love the deep blue color of this denim wrap skirt too.
TWO: Wayf Wrap Sweater + FP Major League Cuffed Jeans – This was one of my absolute favorite looks from this year’s Nordstrom Sale. I love how this outfit came together. The sweater is 55% off (!!!) and the jeans are super flattering, I don’t know how they are still in stock.
