Nordstrom’s Half-Yearly Sale for 2025 is officially here. If you’ve been laser-focused on holiday shopping for everyone else (same), consider this your official permission slip to shop for yourself. Even better? A lot of what’s marked down is perfect for the season we’re in right now, and it includes plenty of our favorite brands.
After perusing through pages and pages (and more pages) of the sale, we were especially impressed with the shoes in this sale. Everything from sexy Lanvin flats(!!) to affordable Sam Edelman ballets (we love the mesh dot), as well as some seriously cool winter boots with ski chalet vibes. Oh and yes: the sneakers are good, too. Case in point? The new p448s. The shape is spot-on, and we have our fingers crossed that these are juuuuust as comfortable (meaning: squishy and supportive) as the rest of their line.
Lastly, the bags on sale are also worth a browse. There’s some seriously fun gems like this plaid Isabel Marant tote, and another one (in wool, maybe??) from Bimba y Lola that made S gasp out loud. So yeah: don’t miss the bags.
The Best of Nordstrom’s Half-Yearly Sale, According To Our Editors
Just to name a few standout editor picks: this blowout kit makes an easy last-minute gift, we’re fully in our chocolate-brown boots era, and some of our go-to Nordstrom cashmere is currently sitting at $90. Laura also has me eyeing the cutest ‘navy plaid’ bootie slippers, plus the Elwood hoodie we already know and love.

Shana’s Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale Picks
cashmere sweater (size up for slouch – wearing an L)
ONE: Nordstrom brand 100% Cashmere Sweater – On sale for $89, this sweater comes in a bunch of really pretty colors, as well as the usual neutrals (black, gray, etc.). If you go with your usual size, expect this sweater to be a bit fitted, but if you size up 1-2 sizes, it’s nice and slouchy. While it’s more of a lightweight cashmere sweater (I almost treat mine like a really cozy long-sleeve tee) it’s still infinitely better than the usual acrylic stuff out there. (And if your guy needs a date-night upgrade, grab this v-neck cashmere sweater and tell him to wear it with no tee underneath.)
TWO: Cashmere scarf – this fun, dreamy thing is almost sold out, but if color is what you’re after (me, too), this bright lime green pashmina is currently calling my name. Otherwise, there’s some mongolian cashmere scarves on sale in the prettiest gray, black, and tan, too.

ONE: Rag & Bone Miramar Straight-Leg Sweatpant Jeans (27) – This is my first time ever trying the Miramar sweatpant jeans that everyone raves about. I can’t believe how comfy they are. They really are just like sweatpants and this vintage-inspired wash is great.
TWO: Open Edit Ruffle Polka-Dot Blouse (S) – This is my ideal kinda blouse…cute, flattering and affordable! It also is on sale in a lovely plaid.

ONE: One of the best dresses I’ve owned is 40% off in a pretty champagne color now. True to size and the shape is just so good. Wearing a M.
TWO: This super cozy sweater I tried on earlier this fall and loved is on sale (for under $30!) in some really pretty shades…loving the pale blue and green a lot. TTS for an oversized fit.

Em’s Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale Picks
ONE: Yay! Nordstrom restocked my dark silver crescent bag and put it on sale, too! I picked this up before the holidays last year, but I’ve worn it so much since then. The casual pebbled leather was even perfect with tees and dresses in the summer, and the size is just right (it’s even a little roomier than you’d think). A few other colors on sale, too. Would make a great gift.
TWO: Ok gang, I’m a sucker for a unique pair of denim, and these are CUTE. The little medallion-adorned belt loops are still functional, too, and the pinstripe stitching on the sides!? So fun, and an easy way to jazz up all my usual denim accompaniments.

ONE: These Paige jeans are super soft with a straight leg and just a bit of stretch for comfort. They’re 35% off right now, and I love the dark grey, not-quite-black wash. (The t-shirt is ALLSAINTS and 40% off, so comfy and stretchy with the best drape.)
TWO: I truly can’t overstate how much I love this dermaplaning device, but the reviews speak for themselves too. Well worth the investment even at full price, and it’s 30% off right now!
