If there were ever a coat I’d want to wear year after year, it would be the Free People Pippa Packable Puffer.
Not only is this puffer coat so cute, but it’s the only one I’ve found that truly works for me. Over the years, finding lightweight puffers that fit my curvaceous body has been unsuccessful — I don’t believe I have ever found a winter coat this good.
The Free People Pippa Packable Puffer Is The Winter Coat For Me
I love all the elements that this jacket offers: it’s easy to pack, versatile for a variety of temps, ultra-lightweight yet warm, and designed for a timeless look. It’s the only coat I packed to come home to Wisconsin for winter, and it hasn’t let me down in the bitter cold yet!
A Breakdown Of The Free People Pippa Packable Puffer
- Made with PrimaLoft® insulation
- Packable design that folds into its own pocket
- Folds into a travel size pillow
- Lightweight & warm without the bulk
- Water-resistant, never-wrinkles material
- Funnel collar keeps the cold out
- Modern scooped hem
There is so much to love about the design of the Pippa Puffer. It’s both great for everyday wear and also perfect for travel. I especially love how the entire puffer can fold into its own pocket, hidden inside a zipper compartment in the coat. It transforms into a small pillow-sized pack that can double as a pillow for planes, trains and road trips!
I love every color that this puffer comes in and had a hard time choosing just one. I ended up picking this puffer in Optic White, but I’m quite certain I’ll end up snagging another color, too (there are six!). The Pippa Puffer does run large so I would recommend sizing down! I typically wear a 2X in winter coats, and this one fits me so well in a size L.
I cannot recommend this puffer enough! It’s the perfect everyday winter jacket, and all I’ll be wearing for the rest of the cold season ahead.
