“I’m a Barbie girl, in the Barbie world… Life in plastic, it’s fantastic.”

I remember it like it was yesterday: The sun was setting, and we were driving down the highway with the convertible top down while listening to Aqua’s “Barbie Girl.” I was 6 years old living my best life in California with my mom, and it was seriously such a magical time for me. That memory will forever be one of my favorites, and needless to say, my love for all things Barbie stuck around for a very, very long time.

Which is why when I found out that Barbiecore was having its moment in the world of fashion and on TikTok, I knew I needed to jump on the Barbie bandwagon ASAP! The Barbie aesthetic is truly everywhere right now, and some major celebs have been rocking the head-to-toe pink looks. Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Kim Kardashian have all been seen in numerous pink ensembles, and let me tell you all — they look damn good!
