Every year, J.Crew comes out with the cutest winter coats, many of which are only available online. Last year, I decided to order a bunch to try on to see which styles and sizes fit me the best. I ended up finding more than one favorite, so this year I decided to do the same thing.
J.Crew’s styles and colors are consistently so good that I always end up having to choose between my favorites.
My J.Crew Winter Coat Review 2.0: The 6 I’m Loving This Year
This year, I’m surprised by my top pick, the New Daphne Topcoat in Italian boiled wool, because it’s more like a heavy cardigan layer than a thick winter coat. (Apparently, it’s made with a boiled wool that’s tightly woven for major warmth and less bulk, which makes it the perfect layering coat for people who live in cold places.)
Last year’s favorite (the Chateau Parka) is still one of my most-worn coats and comes in a bunch of fun new colors.
The colors, above all, are so on-point this year, I wanted all of them.
And J.Crew knows how to do dopamine dressing really, really well. Watch my latest video for a full review, try-on and a little cameo by Greenlea…
