I know we’ve been writing about loungewear for the longest time at this point, but, truth be told, it’s still what I’m wearing the majority of the time. Hopefully that will change soon with more and more vaccinations rolling out, but this loungewear outfit is too good not to share — I promise.
It’s the perfect comfy at-home outfit, but it’s cute enough that you won’t feel weird leaving the house in it.
Cute Meets Comfy: The Free People Outfit I Can’t Stop Wearing
Free People makes my favorite loungewear (OK, with the exception of these joggers from Vuori–those are amazing) and I recently bought one of the comfiest shirts I’ve ever worn from them. It’s super-soft, oversized, can be buttoned up or left unbuttoned, and…it has pockets. I paired it with my beloved Kyoto leggings (they’re like the perfect mix of sweatpants and leggings) and added a bra that’s just as comfy as a sports bra but with a cooler neckline (that comes up high enough to cover any cleavage).
Greenlea came into the room, excited to show me the outfit she picked out all on her own (I swear I had nothing to do with it!) consisting of a t-shirt that said “My Mom is my Stylist” and this hoodie. OMG I die. 😍
top: Free People One Up Long Sleeve Top (s, also here) – SO ridiculously comfy AND…pockets. ❤️ Love the hi-low hem! I’d wear this as a coverup over a suit this summer or with denim shorts out and about.
bra: Free People Crop Run Tank (m/l) – LOVE this. In a TON of colors, and it’s perfect for layering under shirts with a wider or lower neckline when you want the girls covered.
sneakers: Adidas x Swarovski Superstars ($60 off right now!) – If you haven’t noticed yet, I’m 100% obsessed with these sparkles.
shirt: My Mom is my Stylist t-shirt – This was a hand-me-down from her Auntie who owns her own salon…but it kind of works for us too, right?
hoodie: I think I’m going to kick it with my mom today – LOVE. In a ton of sizes, styles and colors.
leggings: Leggings (similar)
