I have been shopping at Shopbop well before they ever started selling plus-size clothing. I’m talking circa 2006 when I was in high school and shopping with my Grams. It was my favorite brick-and-mortar store in Madison, WI. I loved looking at all the high-end designers and dreaming about owning some of the pieces one day. I was always the girl who would try on straight-size pieces in the hopes that they would fit, and, sometimes, would strike gold on a piece that worked.
One of my favorite classic black baby doll dresses was one of those finds that I bought while pursuing Shopbops’s store. I still have this dress today and it’s surprisingly in pristine condition. So over the years, I have continued to be an avid fan of the Shopbop aesthetic, even though (let’s be real), they weren’t inclusive at all.
10 Plus-Size Picks From Shopbop’s Extended Sizes
But things have totally changed since 2006, and the selection of offerings are now amazing! Shopbop has become one of my favorite places to shop for trendy, plus-size clothing and designer fashion. I love that their pieces are unlike anything on the market, and that Shopbop now features designers who are making waves in the world of plus size, like Abacaxi, Agua Bendita & Olivia Rubin (to name a few of my favs)

I love that Shopbop’s plus-size section is offering things beyond what you typically see from plus-size sections – cold shoulder tops (only in black and navy) and clothes with zero shape. Instead, Shopbop’s plus-size section is full of vibrant colors, interesting patterns and some seriously stellar pieces that are so on-trend for the season. I still want more options and would love if they actually featured the clothing on people in plus size bodies. But overall, I am thrilled with what they are offering for us plus-size gals!
Oh, and p.s. I tried on most of Shopbop’s spring pieces back in February and they were so good! I think I just may have to place another order because there are some new obsessions that I’ve got my eye on.
Now, let’s get into my top 10 spring pieces I am loving from Shopbop!
1. Simon Miller Novo Dress
The vibrant blue hue of the Simon Miller novo dress is stunning and I love this color for the upcoming spring and summer months. It’s a jersey knit material that features a gorgeous oval back cutout and the thigh-high slit that has me swooning. I want to wear this dress for a swanky dinner in Miami, a posh event in LA, or let’s be real… to the grocery store. Yes, I get dressed up to go to Wholefoods because I’m #singleasapringle
2. Mara Hoffman Cleo Dress
Does this Mara Hoffman Cleo dress not just say Palm Springs?! I absolutely love the gorgeous floral pattern and the lightweight cotton material is perfect for the summer (could even be worn as a cover-up or over a great pair of jeans).

3. P.E. Nation Blast Unitard
If you watched Lizzo’s new show, Watch Out For The Big Grrrls, then you may have peeped Lizzo wearing this P.E. Nation unitard in one of the episodes. Not only am I in LOVE with Lizzo’s show, I am seriously obsessed with the structure and detail of this unitard, and it’s available in sizes XS-3X! P.s. I wish I wore this unitard when I did Lizzo’s Big Grrrl dance that’s trending on TikTok!
4. Good American Good 90’s Jeans

I have been raving about these Good American Good 90’s jeans since they dropped last spring, and I am still in LOVE with them. The baggy fit and rips on the knees are a perfect nod to my nostalgia in the 90s, and they fit my ultra curvy body so well. These jeans are sold out on most sites right now, but they are fully stocked in all sizes on Shopbop’s website!
5. Agua Bendita Bikini Top & Bouk Bikini Bottoms
I can honestly say, I don’t think I have ever seen a bikini for plus-size that is quite like the Agua Bendita Bouk bikini top & bottoms. Layers of differing floral patterns are so elegantly placed on the bottoms and top, and I love the drawstrings on the side that allows your skin to peek out.
6. Good American Ribbed Cropped Cardigan
I have to admit I am typically not a cardigan girl but the Good American ribbed cropped cardigan is calling my name. I love that it has a deep V-neckline and the long sleeves give the top a more dramatic feel.
7. Olivia Rubin Paisley Dress
Oh, Olivia Rubin, how I love you! I recently discovered Olivia Rubin in my first Shopbop haul of the season and I have to say, I instantly fell in love! The Paisley dress is the perfect sister to the Sloan dress that I already own. What I adore about the Paisley dress is that it has so much versatility in how it can be worn. I’d wear it as a gorgeous duster over jeans and a white tank.

8. Girlfriend Collective High Rise Skort
Skorts are totally having their moment right now. This Girlfriend collective high-rise skort is the most inclusive one I have found on the market and goes up to a size 6X! I love that it’s just a classic black because it can be styled so many different ways.
9. WSLY Rivington Ribbed Tank
Every closet needs a good white tank. I love that the WSLY Rivington ribbed tank has a more unique neckline and the thicker strap detailing makes the top stand out on its own. We love a good clean girl aesthetic right?!
10. Diarrablu Dionna Two Piece Swimsuit Set
Last but not least, is this gorgeous, one-shoulder two-piece from Diarrablu. It’s such a stunning pattern but has a slight neutral feel at the same time. Also, I love how high waisted the bottoms are. This is a ten out of ten for plus-size swimwear!
I am seriously so in love with Shopbop right now and want every one of these pieces. LMK in the comments what are you excited to wear this spring and summer!
