A sexy little top is a must-have in my closet. Even though my culture told me to be sexy FOR men in many ways, and I then also hide it because of religion, I’m now at a point to be who I am and do things first for myself — I believe it will excite my partner differently than if I did it just for him.
While the way I feel sexy can vary from one day to another, this season I’ve been enjoying knit tops with a sweetheart neckline. They give me a warm texture with a sexy look.
But first, let’s take the coat off, shall we? (Isn’t that the best part about cold weather outfits? Showing off what you put together underneath?)
Made For Date Night: Sexy Tops With A Sweetheart Neckline
I got this Abercrombie bodysuit late last year. The color got me. I usually see if the color fits my color palette first and then evaluate the rest. But I recently realized many other brands had their versions of this sweetheart top or sweaters. Look at this cashmere sweater from Reformation. That’s the one I want now.
Gorgeous, isn’t it?
I love the ribbed details, especially around the bust. And I’m even more obsessed with the different colors it comes in. One of my favorite ways to wear it is with my Levi’s Ribcage straight-leg jeans and pointy Chelsea boots. I haven’t found a boot I love more paired with this denim silhouette.
Top it with your favorite coat and done. I borrowed this one from my mom. We bought it during one of her visits to NY at the Banana Republic by Rockefeller Center many years ago…it’s still one of her favorites. This one is close, and I’m about to order it because I love how the color adds a fresh touch to an outfit. I’m loving this one from Club Monaco, too.

There are some great tops below, but first, check this one from ASTR The Label. I cannot add it to the widget below, but the Ecru and Orchid colors are to dye for.
Now tell me, what’s something that makes you feel sexy?
