We’ve been putting our heads together to figure out alllll of the best gifts. The best splurges, the best gifts by price, the best gifts by person/hobby/age. And our biggest list? The one that the entire Philly Team collaborated on? That’s easy: it’s the best holiday stocking stuffers.

It turns out that we all love a good stocking. And while we can give a shout out to our mamas for starting this love affair, many of us, as we’ve gotten older, have now found ourselves in charge of stuffing our own families’ stockings. Which then begs the question: who stuffs ours?

Us, you guys. Obviously it’s still…just…us. The moms. Stuffing our own stockings. Which, frankly, I’ve really come to embrace.

So. That’s what we present to you, here: a list of stocking stuffers for women, by women. We have each come up with an “ideal” stocking, stuffed to the brim with the best pieces, hand-picked by editor.

My Favorite Stocking Stuffers For Women (For Me & My Mom)

I swear, stocking stuffers are more fun than real gifts. There’s nothing I love more than pulling together a really unique, thoughtful collection. For myself, my move is to combine some much needed, practical pieces (hi, kitchen shears) with some new, intriguing products that set up a little Christmas spa day (like CBD bath salts, eye masks, and body oil). I always – always! – include a book (often a gorgeous cookbook) that I can curl up and read once the festivities die down.

When I think of stocking stuffers, I think of that glorious section of mini products right before the checkout at Sephora or Anthro. You know the one…full of cutesy little things you didn’t know you wanted but inevitably will buy all while accidentally holding up the line? Yup. Those. For half of my picks, I took the home & food route (these sea salt caramels will change your life if you haven’t tried them yet), and the other half, beauty. I always love a good restock or the opportunity to try something new-to-me. I think the more you can snag in “mini” travel size, the better. – Gwen

ps. Any of these stocking stuffers can be easily bundled into a full-blown gift, too. I mean…if anyone gave me this butter tea towel + mini bowls + good vanilla (AKA Ina-approved)? I’d be thrilled.

Little gifts are my favorite…especially when they’re practical + cute! Some are restocks of my current faves (my go to lip/cheek tint + stunning gold nail polish), some are pieces I’ve been eyeing (flirty socks, protective hair ties, + coffee table books), and some are gifts that I’ve received and just adore (my oh-so-cute moon light + my super useful packing cube set). Eeek! It’s all so fun. Happy gifting! – Aliya

As you can see, I love a random mix of stuffs. Home things are my go-to, especially for stockings. You can find so many good gadgets and trinkets in that department. Then I go for some of my fave beauty products because getting a fresh refill of something you use & love on the daily is the best. And there’s always a pretty or useful book, a pack of film for my camera, earrings, and a fancy chocolate bar of sorts. Totally dreamy. – Abby

Pulling this together has totally reinforced the fact that I am a Taurus through and through. Gimme all the warm drinks (hot cocoa, forever) and cozy homebody vibes. I’m always looking forward to a fresh bag of coffee beans — bonus points if they’re locally sourced! — a stationary re-stock (these see-through post-its are a legit game-changer) and ooo, the coziest socks ever. This year, I’m also eyeing up a re-stock of my favorite eyeshadow, a new home scent (think: fresh and floral, not smoky) and a few finds to up my DIY game (these loom kits are my favorite travel activity for long flights). Xx – Jeni

Danielle’s Stocking

When it comes to stocking stuffers, my mind immediately thinks: useful but we can still have a little fun. Coasters? Useful, but when they’re made of reclaimed recordsfun. Playing cards with musicians, drippy candles, a disposable camera — all things I own and actually use but still feel exciting. You can never go wrong with beauty restocks, hair clips or new everyday earrings either. And let’s be honest, I’d never say no to a cool coffee table book or picture frame. – Danielle

Laura’s Stocking

I honestly think stocking stuffers are my favorite every year at the holidays. And it’s fun to get creative and think what small gifts really pack a punch. I can’t rave enough about the few beauty products I put in here…they’re all truly favorites of mine (that Exfolikate mask is bonkers good.) I’m gifting myself that Yankees hat (sorry Posy- she’s a Mets fan) because it’s the only hat I think I’ve ever liked on myself + herringbone. Reusable silicone coffee cup lids are my little gift of the season, so obviously I need one myself. And don’t skip that Spicewalla seasoning…I put it all over chicken in a rice bake I did last week and holy moly…yum!

Scotti’s Stocking

I use stocking stuffers as a chance to “stock up” on all the things that allow me to practice some self-care over the holidays. Bubble bath, face and body masks, pretty jewelry and cozy socks…most of these products I’ve used for years and can 100% stand behind. The bronzing drops give a warm little glow to skin during the dark winter months, the face and eye masks are the ones I’ve bought multiple times (and that foot peel mask is no joke), the liquid eyeshadow is an easy festive look that takes little-to-no skill, the eye stick wakes up even the most tired eyes…and I’ve never used the toilet bombs, but I’m thinking they might be a great way to get Ozzie to finally poop on the potty. LOL a girl can dream!

Linzi’s Stocking

So I don’t technically stuff a stocking for myself, but I have LOTS of ideas for little stocking stuffers, secret Santa gifts, or fun Hanukkah presents that I would absolutely love to gift or receive! Of course top on the list are these gorgeous pregnancy tests…ha…just kidding, but that IS what I thought they looked like initially. You can’t go wrong with my fave mini lip glosses and I can’t stop thinking about this cookbook as well as this adorable gift from Etsy.  Happy Holiday Shopping!

Amy’s Stocking

Oh my gosh, I don’t think there is anything better than STOCKING STUFFERS! It’s all the little, pretty, fun, and tasty (c’mon we can’t forget the actual candy) gifts that I get the most excited about – both to give and receive. I can’t get enough of a good hair accessory these days, and let’s just say I exercised extreme restraint in not putting 15 lip products in this round up, because quite honestly, that’s what I stuff my own stocking with the most.

Technically, a few of these don’t fit in my stocking (like the most visually stunning ‘100 Abstract Pictures’ book by Gerhad Richter) but that doesn’t mean I’m not gonna get them! I just need a bigger stocking. Stocking stuffers are the perfect time for me to “stock” up on all my tried and true favorites that I use year-round (like Dior’s perfume, Jadore and Jouers shimmery eyeshadows) as well as some of my most-wanted beauty and skin-care picks to add to my regime, like Youth to the People’s Superberry Hydrate + Glow Mask and Nuface’s face device). Also, I can’t forget the Stroopwafels

Em’s Stocking

Well sure, I’ll stuff my own stocking! (Honestly, it wouldn’t be the first time, though most of these things would also make excellent additions to a gift basket or holiday care package for a gal pal, teacher, babysitter, etc.). We go big with stockings in this house, and this is the perfect combo of personal care goodies (this deodorant is a legitimate joy to apply every morning, and this is the only product to have ever improved my flossing habit), my favorite manicure ever aaaaand I’m only too excited by the prospect of doodling with these gorgeous pens. Ack, I freaking love stockings so much!

Bev’s Stocking

I have desperately needed to learn how to do my own makeup and my stocking stuffer picks are things that I do need to get started. The blush I currently have should have been tossed many years ago. I am embarrassed to admit that the blush is as old as my oldest, who is 6.5. I stopped wearing my Apple watch this year in an effort to be on my phone less (it’s still a work in progress) and a nice watch is something I could use. I had been seeing so much buzz about Le labo fragrances that I had to add the discovery set to my stocking stuffer list. I wear sunscreen every single day, no matter what time of the year it is. I learned from someone recently that the kids’ version is so much cheaper than the adult version I purchased.

Anne’s Stocking

I either own or want every single stocking stuffer on my list! I have gifted the Laneige Lip Sleeping Masks to myself and others time and again, as well as the L’Occitane hand creams (so thick, so effective). Silk items like scrunchies, pillowcases, and eye masks always look and feel like luxury treats and make for perfect gifts (I use a silk pillowcase for my breakage-prone curly hair, and it makes a world of difference!). Teens and moms alike will love the fleece belt bag and the perfectly neutral-colored Stanley cup. What am I hoping Santa will snag for me??? The Diptyque holiday candle trio – divine!
