Meet my new favorite outfit. Maybe it’s the deep-plunge of the pretty little bodysuit or the badass wide-leg pants or maybe it’s just the fact that I can wear it all with SNEAKERS. Whatever it may be, every time I wear these three things together…I feel like a boss babe.
It’s the perfect balance of sexy and practical, which just so happens to be my favorite way to pull off an outfit like this. I find that if I want to feel 100% confident in wearing a piece that shows off a bit more skin, all I have to do is counter-balance it with something that…well, makes sense for a gal like me (a mom, running around, no real fancy events to attend, etc.,). For example,
BOSS BABE ACTIVATED.
Boss Babe Vibes: Pretty Bodysuit + Badass Wide-Leg Pants + Sneakers
sneakers: Linea Paolo Finian Mesh Wedge Sneaker (TTS, wearing 9.5) – these are very comfortable and come in a blush and black. Now, they are mesh on the sides, which means they let air in (ha), so if you are looking for a more winter-worthy wedge, consider their Fenton Wedge Sneaker.
backpack: Rebecca Minkoff Julian Backpack – this pretty Julian, while it’s not the exact one I am carrying, it’s pretty darn close. I LOVE a white backpack (no matter the time of year). I also have a crush on the Currant color. Goooooodness.
sunglasses: Polaroid Sunglasses via Amazon (free shipping!) – a favorite of mine, for an affordable pair of sunglasses.
lip color: Urban Decay (BACKTALK) – I basically only wear this lip shade.
Oh, &…Add Fuzzy Jacket (STAT)
…because it is now cold outside. When I had these pictures taken it was a cool 80+, so. Yehhhh. Consider a layer, my friends. I like the look of a fuzzy style with this get-up because it adds some more novelty to the mix and it’s warm & cozy. Win-win.
Winter has arrived here in SC. Just went ahead and skipped past fall! Funny that, considering it was summer just yesterday (Literally. It was in the high 80s last week).
