Hey, hey, Friday. I’ll keep this short and sweet because I’m headed to the Oregon coast today for a girls’ weekend! Hooray! It’s gonna be 70 degrees and super chill, and I could not be more excited. This is what I am so needing right now. OH, but I do want to throw a mention in for the hubs…he created a really rad Spotify playlist this week of current Portland artists, if you’d like to give it a follow. He’s got some fun stuff in the works to get back into the music industry he so loves, so thanks for the follow over there for him! Yesterday was Greenlea’s 8th birthday — I can’t believe she’s so old! We decorated the house (using this easy all-in-one kit) and invited friends and family over to celebrate. She wanted a “mint” themed party, so we all wore some sort of green (she wore this adorable dress), and I ordered a Girl Scout Thin Mints Blizzard Treat Cake from Dairy Queen (omggggg, was it good!). She’s a bit bummed that her birthday is over (it’s all we’ve heard about for the last few weeks), so we’re going to snuggle her and celebrate her as much as possible this weekend.
BEST. MONEY. SPENT: We just invested in a trampoline, and OMG, it’s the best thing we’ve done this summer. The kids LOVE it, and they can get all their energy out while Zack and I can finally have some time together. Why didn’t we do this sooner??
Goodbye, Uniboob: I recently had to borrow my mom’s sports bra when I forgot my own… and it’s SO good, you guys. I was hesitant (it looked real intense), but the underwire keeps the girls in place — like, ZERO bounce —and separated. NO uniboob! (And the white color is part of the NSale!)

Happy Friday! Lana made the last-minute decision to spend a few days with the grandparents this week, so it’s been eerily quiet around here. Turns out, we miss her like crazy, but it has been a bit of a treat to have at-home date nights with Chris after the babe’s early bedtime. We ordered omakase from Sushi Sam’s last night (one of our absolute FAVES) and have been crushing shows. “The Terminal List,” “For All Mankind” (highly underrated, if you ask me), and we finally started “The Bear” last night. Not quite sure what took us so long!
Snapping Up This $5 Sheer Linen Tank: It’s been a minute since I’ve shopped at H&M, and every time I pop back, I’m always pleasantly surprised. And they’re offering an extra 15% off everything right now, including sale. The little plug-in we use won’t let me add my picks to the shopping widget below, but in addition to that (shockingly elevated) $5 tank I mentioned, I’m eyeing these wide-leg jeans for $19. And this $10 hooded rain cape (the name alone!) is alluringly practical and surprisingly chic.
Butter Me Up: I haven’t been able to escape for a real spa day yet, so I’m just indulging in all the after-shower products to keep me buttery soft at home. Just nabbed this Kopari duo in the NSale (I stalked reviews all over the web first, and it’s supposedly amazing), and I’ve been dousing myself in this body oil nightly. It truly makes your skin gorgeously soft and glowy without feeling like an oil slick, and the suuuuuper-light fragrance feels very high-end. (Note: The limited-edition set sold out in the NSale, but it’s still available directly through the retailer — not on sale but still a good value for the bundle.)
Verishop’s Sale Section Is Not To Be Missed: Remember Verishop? Huge range of designers from indie to super-high-end at a variety of price points, and its sale section is brimming with finds (sort by size to make it easy on yourself). Loving the subtly sexy, comfy ease of this dress (also in red!) with these elegant, squishy slides.
