I’ll quit my grays right after I quit my black. Which will be about the same time hell freezes over, give or take an IKEA or two. (haha, just kidding but no seriously IKEA = hell)
My point? Get used to this gray sweater.
This sweater is the exact same sweater as my go-to black turtleneck just…gray. This is one of the few times that buying two different colors of the same thing paid off. Typically when I do that it backfires, and I end up sick of both…but in this case, it worked in my favor. Not only do I actually wear the two sweaters (like, allthetime), but I tend to wear them the exact same way: faded black jeans, boots, puffer coat.
Boring, maybe, but it’s for FEBRUARY.
Since it’s now March, I’m ready to burst into Spring with an explosion of…something. A kaleidoscope of……..no. A detonation of dye? A clap of color? A pop of paint? A combustion of chromaticity? #thesaurusfails
Whatever. Here’s an outfit for Spring.
Easy Spring Outfit Idea: Yellow Jacket + Snakeskin Boots
Morgan from Shop Buru sent over this little yellow jacket. I love what it’s doing for my gray sweaters. And the outfit, you’ll notice, is basically the same as my winter uniform…just tweaked.

Surely I’m not the only one for whom gray is unflattering? A dark charcoal is OK, but anything lighter just washes me out. Adding a bright colored topper is a good tip!
