I shied away from the bell sleeve trend for a while. At least, the super size bell sleeve style. I just kept wondering if I’d ever actually wear it. Ya know? I think one of my biggest concerns was that it wouldn’t be able to pass as casual, which automatically makes any clothing item less appealing for me, because…umm…MOMIFORM. #alldayeveryday
Well, one night, after a glass of wine…or two, I was on ASOS (dangerous, by the way) and I finally did it — I completed the purchase on this little white #.
Such a great purchase.
I’m learning more and more that sometimes it is so worth it to just go for that very UN-basic clothing item.
Life is too short, gals.
top: ASOS Ruffle Yoke Bell Sleeve Top – such a fun top. I want to try it with my cropped Levis, too. See some of my other picks below…
shorts: old from UO, but these 7 For all Mankind cut off shorts are a similar pair. I found a few others below…
sandals: Vince Camuto, old – their new Ridal Sandal is rocker chic…and also kind of boho. Really like it!
shades: BP. 55mm round sunglasses – I had these last summer and then they got broken, because…well, I tend to break sunglasses. I liked them so much that I bought them again this year.
earrings: Nickel & Suede Pink Sugar Leather Earrings – my favorite earrings are made by N&S. Lightweight, pretty and well made.

Thanks to Laura, for these awesome photos! She was the bomb and took them while we were all together in Dallas. 🙂
