Now that we have two babies (OK, Greenlea is 4 – not necessarily a baby, but I can still call her that), we consider ourselves lucky to live in a place where there are multiple family-friendly breweries. Yup, you read that right . . . family-friendly breweries where Zack and I can drink good beer, and G has room to run around, games to play and books to read (none of which have to be packed beforehand). Our most recent favorite is Barrel & Beam, a picture-perfect place to spend the afternoon together. (Not to mention TME’s own Allison helped with the interior design!) We recently spent the day together enjoying the beautiful snow (it wasn’t too cold), playing Jenga (Greenlea cheats) and watching Ozzie do baby things (entertainment for hours, am I right??).
I’m obsessed with our new coats from Nordstrom. They have the best selection of coats for the entire family, and it’s one of the only places I can shop for all of us successfully (we’re super picky). Their search function is awesome for narrowing down the choices to exactly what you’re looking for, and their return policy is unmatched. My favorite thing is finding family coats that coordinate. (I’m
kinda cheesy like that.)
Zack’s jacket is perfect for him — it’s lightweight, but actually really warm without adding a ton of bulk. The hood and pocket are functional and cute.
On Me (Scotti)
I’ve wanted a sherpa coat for forever, and I’m in love with this super-soft moto version. The inside is cozy and warm, and I love that it has pockets!
Greenlea’s coat is reversible and crazy warm. She likes the fluffy fleece side (sooooo soft), and the other side is water-resistant for snow and rain.
I cannot handle the cuteness of Ozzie’s jacket. I know we aren’t supposed to put him in the car seat with a huge puffy coat on, so we stick to the thinner jackets, and then add a blanket on top (and a car seat cover). He’ll be wearing this well into spring!

A huge thank you to Nordstrom for sponsoring this post! As always, all product choices, thoughts, and opinions are my own. And readers, thank you for your continuing support. It doesn’t go unnoticed and is so very much appreciated.
