Livette’s wallpaper is truly a dream. I spent so much time researching removable wallpaper companies. I scoured the internet, read dozens of reviews, and stalked customer images of completed projects. When I came across Livette’s, they literally hit every single checkmark for what I was looking for: quality product, excellent customer reviews, so many beautiful designs to choose from, and the team was just so amazing to work with from the day that I reached out to them! They were kind enough to send me some wallpaper to try out, and I truly love it.
This magnolia flower mural is what really caught my eye. The magnolia flower is something I have associated with my daughter Delaney since before she was born. I have a bit of a flower obsession and I tend to designate a specific flower to represent each of my children. My pregnancy announcement was a beautiful magnolia wreath design, and it stuck with her. We have magnolia print curtains already hanging in her room and I made a magnolia leaf wreath that hangs on one of her walls… so when I came across this mural, I knew it was everything I was looking for.

Livette’s Removable Wallpaper: My Initial Thoughts
Not one picture I saw on the internet could have ever done this paper justice. It was the most beautiful print on a thick woven paper. When you see images blown up to such a large scale, you always worry about pixelation. This is a complaint I’ve read so many times on reviews of other murals of large-scale images, so of course, I was a bit concerned, but as you can see here, these birds and florals are as clear as day! They almost look like they were painted right on the wall.

Easy Removable Wallpaper: The Installation Process
The paper came with an easy-peel backing, and each panel was numbered. So I laid out my panels on the floor in order, and then I got to work installing. It was so easy (this was my first time ever installing any type of wallpaper), and the best part was that if I made a boo boo, I could easily peel it off and re-apply it. It never took paint off my walls, left any marks, or made the paper less sticky (and I have to admit there were several retries on my end until I got the hang of it).

I have wallpaper in several rooms throughout my house, but this was the first removable paper I’ve installed. It’s such a great alternative to traditional wallpaper for so many reasons. If you are renting a home or apartment, think you may be putting your home on the market in a few years, or just know you may want to eventually change up the space or need to use the room for someone/something else, then I would 100% recommend going the removable route. I love knowing that if and when Delaney ever gets sick of or grows out of this paper, I can easily take it down!

So timely, I am literally in the process of finding removable, affordable, wall paper for my son who wants a “graffiti” wall. I didn’t see any that fits the bill on her site, so the hunt continues…
Anne, what about a chalkboard wall and then he could graffiti on it himself? I painted one on my boys room a few years ago and it’s been a pretty cool spot.
