Gang. The shopbop Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale has already started and it’s….GOOD. Like, insanely good. While there are *some* pieces excluded from the sale, they are few and far between. Instead all of my fav, most most-worn, go-to pieces are up to 25% off. I had been working on an article about my top 10-15 most hardworking pieces (was planning to publish in Dec/Jan)…but then noticed that most are part of the shopbop sale. So let’s just consider this a sneak peek. And since many of these are investment pieces, you’ll hit that 25% off mark, no problem. You’re, uh…welcome?
1. My Daily Uniform
My IRO jacket, purchased years ago, is now part of the sale. (It’s been updated this year to not include the belt, which is a good thing because it keeps slipping out.) I cannot overstate enough how much I love this jacket. The leather is buttery soft, and even though I sized up to fit sweaters underneath, it still looks really good over a tank top.
These Equipment cashmere turtleneck sweaters are basically all I wear alllllll winter long. I own both the gray and the black. If I’m being fancy, I layer them over a silk cami (this one from Cami NYC, also on sale), or, if I need to be warm, I layer them over a layering turtleneck (like this one).
AG jeans that fit like leggings have been my favs for years. I especially love the Farrah’s (exactly like the AG legging jean, but with a nice, high rise).

2. My Most-Worn Shoes and Boots
Weitzman OTK Boots
When it’s cold, I’ll add OTK boots and swap my leather jacket for a warmer coat. Voila! Daily uniform, but the freezing weather version. I’m a huge fan of Stuart Weitzman’s OTK boots. I’ve been wearing mine — hard (snow, slush, etc.,) — for years.
Golden Goose Sneakers
Comfy like sneakers, but cute enough for date night. I warm mine up with socks in the winter (and wear them with shorts in the summer). Cam rocks hers with a pretty skirt — these are seriously versatile sneakers.
3. The Perfect Layer: Cami NYC Everything
I’m a big, HUGE fan of Cami NYC. I have the plain black racerback, and am slowly stocking up on additional colors/pretty lace options. I wear mine under sweaters all winter long, and then keep wearing them with shorts in the summer. (I also handwash most of mine…the silk won’t be shiny after you handwash, but I actually like the matte finish.)
If I don’t want to deal with a racerback (or strapless) bra situation, I layer these tank tops over a white tee (this one) or a turtleneck.
4. These Loose, Cuffed Jeans
These Mother Denim jeans are one of the more exciting silhouettes as of late. These sold out at Nordstrom in a hot second, but shopbop still has a few sizes left….

5. My Favorite Comfy Pieces
Only The Best Sweatpants of All Time
I’ve been trying, since April of 2016 to find better sweatpants…nope. These Free People Kyoto leggings are still my favs.

These Side-Snap Trackpants
These are sweatpants, done up a little bit fancy. I love mine with sneakers and…yup: my usual black turtleneck.

Best Menswear PJs
You can’t really see Cosabella’s Bella PJ Set in the pic below, but I just got them so it’s the only one I have. ANYWAY THEY ARE FABULOUS. I’ll try to take another pic soon, but trust me on this: the interesting lines and cut make for one hell of a sexy take on menswear-inspired PJs. Promise.

This Cute (and Easy) Hoodie
The updated fit of this vintage-feeling Champion hoodie has me reaching for it again and again. (I’ve been layering under my leather jacket lately…)
Also love the swingy cropped version, too.

I have a few more things to add, but I wanted to get my top picks out there for now…
Happy Thanksgiving!!
