Shana and I have both been drooling over this coat. It is a total splurge, I know, but SO good. It’s SUPER soft, super comfortable, super luxe-looking, and I plan on wearing it over dresses, jeans and even joggers. A coat like this needs to be worn over EVERYTHING. It’s a statement piece, but with the neutral colorway, it still feels versatile. Wearing an XS, but could have gone with S for a more oversized look.
If you’re taller, however, and looking for a similar piece with a longer length, this A.L.C. teddy coat is just as gorgeous.

Moving On To The Base Outfit
This lovely knit puff sleeve sweater is light and comfortable and looks good tucked in or worn loose. It’s showing more white on me in the photos, but it’s “opal” and definitely has a cream undertone. I’m wearing a small. The sleeve detail is especially beautiful.
While my most-worn jeans (by far) are still these guys, I decided to try a straighter leg with a more relaxed look. The denim I’m wearing in these photos are MOTHER Tomcats (a total TME fav), but in a new wash. I love them! Especially with sneakers and clogs. I’m between a 28-29 right now, and am wearing a size 29, so go with the larger size if you’re also between sizes. They’ll look good even slouchier if you want to size up more than one size.
These Veronica Beard clogs are also worth a quick word. They come in a gorgeous green, a chic black, and a pretty amazing amazing shearling (in addition to the tan I’m wearing). While I’m not going to be walking for miles in the city every day (these clogs are not THAT walkable), I would absolutely choose them over heels ANY day. I think they’ll especially shine with flares and fall dresses. TTS, but if you’re between sizes I’d go up.
