Back, by popular demand…our first style challenge of 2019!! We typically trot these out when we’re all collectively feeling in a bit of a sartorial rut. Aka, January. So. For the next five weeks, we’ll come out with a style challenge (one per week) to try and make better use of our existing wardrobes. And if you play along, you’ll be entered to win a $50 gift card to any retailer of your choice.
How To Join In On Our Winter Style Challenge
Every Wednesday, for the next five weeks, we’ll kick off a new Style Challenge. Give it a try, and show us your interpretation. Either post your pic to Instagram (and tag us with @themomedit #TMEStyleChallenge), or, if you must…email us the photo (like an old lady).
Starting this Thursday, we’ll be updating our daily newsletter to include pics from that week’s style challenge. And, per usual, we’ll include pictures from both TME Contributors AND our amazing readers (that’s YOU). Anyone who plays along will be entered to win a $50 gift card (but you’ve gotta be subscribed to our newsletter to see if you won…MWAH HA HA.)

Week 1: Layer A Cami Over Something Warmer

Try layering a cami over a t-shirt, a turtleneck, a thin sweater…maybe even a button-down? Not only does this trick make your cami winter-ready, you can wear a regular bra. Hallelujah! (Bralleluhjah?)

If you haven’t noticed, the oversized trend is back in a BIG way. And if you are as old as I am, YOU’VE GOT THIS. Show us how you rock it.
