Greenlea’s 5th birthday is this Sunday!! Ahh! Seriously, where did the time go?? She wants a Descendants-themed Birthday party. So I took full advantage of these free printables, bought this photo backdrop from Amazon and rounded out the decorations with purple and green cups and plates. It’s definitely not as Pinterest-worthy as this party, but G will love it! Oh, and she’s informed us that it will be a surprise party. “You know, mom, where everyone yells SURPRISE when I come in the door??” She has it all planned out. I guess she’s like her mom that way—like my mom always said, “the best surprise is no surprise.” Onto the sales: Bonobos is having their summer sale and their Riviera shirt that we love (read why here) is on sale in lots of cool patterns. Also, if I were to recommend just ONE thing in this year’s Anniversary sale, it would actually be this RevitaLash Eyelash Conditioner. I wore lash extensions for years (too long, I know) and my lashes were super short and sparse after—this stuff works and you get two for the price of one with this deal.

My big guy gets back from sleepaway camp tomorrow and I can hardly stand it! I keep checking the time..seeing if it’s almost time to go to bed so that tomorrow will get here faster. I’m guessing he won’t be too disappointed that he missed all of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale madness, though. Ha! I ended up coming home from the Anni sale with some beautiful basic Eileen Fisher pieces, but in general, I like to supplement basics with fun stuff from Anthro. It’s my lucky week! Anthro has 20% off right now for members (you just have to give an email address). I’m looking at all the fun stuff below as well as a second round of summer SuperGoop products at Anthro at 20% off. Is it time? Can I go and pick him my kiddo up yet? How about now?

Aerie has some killer sales right now too and this is my absolute favorite place for swimwear/loungewear. Everything always fits me TTS and their clothing is so comfortable.
