My original plan for this post was to do professionally shot, beautiful photos in a scenic park…or maybe on a quaint cobblestone alley…showing off my favorite Everlane pieces for being out and about this spring.

That plan has obviously changed.

4 Everlane Faves: Jeans, Sneakers, A Bag & A Cardi For Now & Later

I realized very quickly that the Everlane outfit pieces I already own, as well as some of the new pieces they graciously sent over for me to try, work just as well for shelter-in-place as they do for springtime galavanting. So, I’m sharing with you guys the four things I’m wearing the heck out of right now…in my house…at my computer…playing with my kids…and on my occasional careful walk to the grocery store.

1. Everlane Oversized Alpaca Cardigan

This Cardigan is cozy, soft and the perfect neutral color that easily pairs with everything in my closet. Added bonus: long enough to cover my backside when I’m wearing leggings. It has been an easy layer over sweatpants around the house, but also easy to use for those still-comfy-but-a-little-more-put-together looks as well. I’ll admit, I am definitely NOT wearing those snake print boots around the house, but they’re so cool looking, right?

2. Everlane Kick Crop Jeans In Washed Black

These have been a favorite for a while now. A nice modern high rise, a great black wash, and they get softer and softer every time I wear them. Before shelter-in-place, I wore them with a cute top tucked in and booties, but they work equally well with sweaters and sneaks.

3. Everlane Tread Court Sneakers

These court sneakers are available in 7 colors, so even if your top color pick is sold out in your size (they have been selling FAST), there are a lot of good options still available. Comfortable, cute, and the lowest environmental impact of its kind. I’ve been throwing these on for almost all grocery store runs.

4. Everlane Boss Bag

Oh, this bag! I’ve carried this Boss Bag (currently on SALE!) on almost every trip outside of my house since all of this started. I put my reusable grocery bags inside of it as I walk out the door, and when my groceries don’t fit into my two grocery bags (which they NEVER do), I use this bag for the overflow (and have it designated as an “outside” bag that stays by the door). Before shelter-in-place, I used this as my go-to everyday bag for work, errands, and everything in between. It fits my laptop, my water bottle, kids’ snacks, my dance shoes, and a small bag (that can quickly and easily be taken out and used on its own). The cute micro bag works perfectly for the bag inside a bag system and holds my wallet, phone, lipstick and keys.
