If you are also trying to warm-up to the idea of Valentine’s Day being just around the corner, check-out Kat’s Valentine’s Day For The Single And Sexy post. These became fairly popular this past holiday season — for good reason. My love of the Theragun began a few years ago with my amazing PT using a similar model on me. If interested, I pinned all of her favorite at-home therapy devices, as a cheat sheet. Rollers are the basis of everything, IMHO, but if you are going to splurge on one other good-for-you-at-home item, it’s absolutely a Theragun. And if you love it, then you upgrade to the pro model, like the massage-loving-pro you are. (Anyone else here who would name their Physical Therapist as their Valentine? I love you, Hana! I wouldn’t be able to walk without you — you know this.)
***Black-owned Business. **Sustainable. I love candles and I especially love this one. There’s zero way I can do justice to how much love this candle brings other than to say: it’s adorable, you choose the flavor, and the story behind it is pure love. Here’s more on the artisans who create it:
Based in Massachusetts, social enterprise Prosperity Candle invests in women to escape conflict and help end poverty. The women are entrepreneurs who have recently resettled from refugee camps. Candle making is a business a woman can start and expand in the safety of her own home with local materials, a critical element at times of unrest. They carefully hand-pour the wax in small batches; it is a clean-burning mixture of a coconut-soy wax blend. Lastly, they will package the candle, including their signed names on the bottom of the candles they create.
Off-White, the popular super-luxury sneaker brand, is a Black-owned business. I love this tote; it’s going to be my Valentine’s gift to myself. I’ll use it well, for a long time.
Comes in two sizes, collects all the tiny things you love and might otherwise lose track of, and is easy to love itself!
Puzzles are fun. This isn’t necessarily the most challenging to solve, but it’s a beautiful brass object, that sits well on a table top, and is still fun to move around. Or it’s a fun gift it you tuck secret messages into on the underside…
Date night at home just got a whole lot more interesting! Spice it up, or prompt your not-so-talkative SO. Keep it fun — good conversations come from little cards.
Printed on maple, 11X14, each piece sold benefits the Human Rights Campaign through a 50% of the purchase price donation. Love is Love.
A beautiful object, and 50% of the purchase price will be donated to The Trevor Project. Read about it if you have a moment, it’s an interesting collaboration. #worthit

Nothing says love quite like a hot cup of tea flavored with organic rose, chamomile and lavender…this is how I’ll take my Valentine flowers…crushed right into herbal tea.
