It feels amazing to finally be getting back into the swing of my normal routine! If you follow me on insta, you’ve likely seen me at the gym, and more recently, hiking up Cheyenne Canyon. Hiking, working out, dancing and yoga all bring so much joy to my life, and I am beyond thankful to be well and healthy again.
Another thing that brings joy to my life? Brunch. Which is why I often find myself at a Saturday morning yoga class, immediately followed by a post-workout brunch celebration. Instead of going all the way home to change, just pack a cute oversized sweater to pull on after class. Swap your sneaks for a cute pair of winter boots (I love my Sorels), and you’re good to go.
