Well…I found some new favorite pants. And they’re both out of a fab material that feels more like cotton and doesn’t make swishy sounds when you walk. I know, score. They’re from adidas and I’m living in them (especially the cargo pair!)

It’s a recycled poly blend on these that just feels awesome to wear and looks a little more like a ‘regular’ pant than an athletic pant, if that makes sense. They’re like…a little leveled up, a little more chic because of this fabric.
And the shape on the cargos is so cool and versatile. The wide leg pair (literally called the Summer Glow Pant) are also great and comfy and in such cute color combos. I love linen and all but it never looks sporty enough (I have a big sneaker collection, I think we know this.) So, these pants are a fun alternative to my linen options.
adidas Spezial Sneakers Are Our Current Favs
But first, let’s talk a bit about these Spezial Sneakers from adidas. If you haven’t tried them out yet, you must. They’re as cool as Sambas but with a little thicker sole. They started in 1979 as a style for handball players but soon made their way out of the indoor court and into streetwear. I love the T on the toe box.

They have a chic look I love with outfits like this, a gorgeous pale pale taupe color, perfect for summery vibe (but come in a ton of other shades, too) and feel immediately good on my feet. Out of the box. Some other low profile styles don’t fit across the toe area for me very well, but these are great without looking ‘wide.’ And they look so rad with both pants here.

So, I know I already raved about these Essentials Woven Cargos up top, but how cool are they? And you have to try this fabric. It wasn’t hot like a nylon blend would be, nor swishy sounding. It’s perfect for warmer months and since I’m not a shorts girl most of the time provides me with a sporty style pant I can rock even now.

And the coolest thing about these cargos is the drawstring at the ankle…so you have the option of wearing them as a wide leg pant OR a cargo/jogger style. LOVE. The fit is true to size and just perfectly oversized for a cool fit.

Alright…and these cuuteee Summer Glow Pants are the wide leg sporty pants of my dreams. They’re even better in person. The vibes…are just cool.
And they come in two other really gorgeous colors, too. They’re in the same woven fabric as the cargos above. Light and comfy but covered is what I really like for some summer days and events. These fit that bill.
