Ook, my friends. So we are well into our try-on sessions here with all things Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and I have good news! I will admit, I ordered quite the collection, and there were a few that sold out quickly, but there are some real gems here that I am so glad I got to try out! They will be making my What To Keep Decisions even harder.

Have you been wanting to find a moto jacket in a more budget-friendly price range? I have TWO for you (one that’s 100% leather)! Have you been hoping for an alternative to the FRAME sherpa jacket that is also easier on the pocketbook? I gotchu with this Levi’s faux shearling puffer. In addition to shoes, I’m a firm believer that the coat or jacket makes the outfit, so let’s see what outfit-makers I found this time around.

The Halogen Leather Moto Jacket Under $200

This lightweight, gorgeous jacket is real leather and a real good deal. It’s super-soft and lovely, but it is lighter weight than the AllSaints jackets I love. It’s perfect for those of you who might not be looking for a standard, heavy leather jacket and it has some rad details without having the belt and other accents some may not want. This is a fabulous find. It’s TTS, but I’d say if you’re going to layer anything heavier than a light sweater underneath, you may want to size up. I bet it will have some stretch with wear since it’s 100% leather, though.

The Levi’s Faux Leather Moto Jacket (That Looks So Much Like My Fav AllSaints!)

If you’re in the market for a faux or vegan option that is quite comparable in style to my favorite AllSaints jacket, this is it, my friends. This is a fabulous jacket for the material and price point. It fits true to size and not too tight, since it won’t stretch out like leather. It’s soft, mid-weight, and a really solid find. It’s not a weird squeaky fabric or odd-feeling faux leather. This is great quality and has great details. So impressed!

Ok, and a special shoutout for the P488 zebra sneakers that finally made it to my hot little hands!! I adore them. They’re so cushiony comfy, so rad and not too glittery when they’re on. I’ve been wearing them daily since they arrived. I’m stoked that my top sales pick wound up being my favorite!

Another Gorgeous Find: This Levi’s Faux Leather Sherpa-Lined Puffer

Oh, this coat. It’s another fabulous vegan option from Levi’s and sits at under $90. I mean. It’s chic and cool and comfy and you don’t have to worry about it being in the weather because it’s faux. The faux sherpa is cozy and soft, as is the faux leather. It fits true to size and is just beautiful, especially for the price point. The price of the faux FRAME jacket is just so high to me, even though it’s GORGEOUS. This is such a seriously good alternative. This is one that I’m definitely considering keeping.

The Updated Fleece Jacket (It’s SO Soft!)

We’ve seen a couple of upgrades to the traditional fleece jacket this year, and this one is still in stock! It even comes in a matching size for girls (or boys, mind you) so you can sport them together with your little. This is inexpensive, SO soft, and just fun. I’d typically pair it with my workout gear, but it’s kinda fun jazzed up with boots, too! Update: This one is selling fast!

THIS Gorgeous Pendleton Coat

Do you need a warm, full-length beautiful coat? This is so for you. If I lived somewhere colder I’d be all over keeping this beauty. It’s a little much for Portland and perhaps for my 5’4″ self, but goodness gracious. It’s so beautiful. Leave it to Pendleton. What a stunner. Runs true to size, wearing a Small here.

This Comfy, Mid-Weight Sweater Coat

This coat is like if an overcoat and a sweater got together and created a seriously cozy topper. Actually…that’s exactly what it is. It’s a little bit big on me — in the sleeves and overall length — but this is really a stunning yet comfy piece. I’m not sure why the lapel looks lighter here, it’s all the same dark gray color. I’m 5’4″ and I think this would be perfect if you’re closer to 5’6″. Love. I perhaps could have sized down. Wearing a Small.

Last, But Not Least, This Good American Blazer

This double-breasted blazer from Good American is just classically good. I wish I had tried it with the cami instead of the sweater because I think that neckline would fit better. This is a really beautiful yet comfy and stretchy jacket.

Bonus Finds: This Base Outfit I Adore

After seeing Shana in the beautiful orchid pink Vince sweater, I had to try it out in this marzipan shade. Ooh, the cut of this is good. So good. It just sits beautifully on the shoulders and at the waist, and does a little half-tuck easily and just looks so pretty. It’s soft and just a better shape and fit than most crewneck sweaters I find. It’s not quite a dolman sleeve, but has extra room under the arms to create a beautiful, comfortable fit. Love.

And these jeans were a pleasant surprise! I’ve never been able to get rag & bone jeans to fit in the thighs, even though I adore their style. Knowing this, I sized up two sizes in these to see if that would work — and voilà. I love them. They’re a little bit slouchy on me and I’ll probably hem them (hack them off) a bit shorter to the ankle, but they’re great. And also still in stock. Hooray! Loving these alligator boots that finally came, as well. They’re comfy even though they’re a tiny bit high for me; they’re just a chic color. Love them with this light denim.
