Last chance, guys — Nordstrom Anniversary Sale ends tomorrow! Shockingly, many of my favorite pieces from the sale are still in stock (or came back in stock toward the end of the sale). Woohoo!
If you’re a Vince stripe fan, you can still snag this sweater or this tee; for comfy soft-pants lovers, everyone’s fav Zella Live-In joggers (under $40 ) are still in stock (I ended up buying multiple sizes for both a fitted and slouchier option); and for anyone looking for new underwear, I just discovered these seamless gems that are a total new fav!
In terms of my personal last-minute purchases: for the hubs I’m throwing in the cart these boxers, these undershirts, and a few of these dress shirts….and for my kiddos I’m ordering these for the teenager (because it’s all he wears these days) and these for the wanna-be-teenager (because he’s worn out the ones that are similar). For me…absolutely nothing…well, maybe a few more of these to have for little gifts (they’re awesome and on sale for under $20!).
I did REALLY well with my finds earlier in the sale, though, so thought I’d share my favs:
1. Zella Live-In Joggers
For travel, for working out, for lounging, or as “real pants”…these joggers are so good! My most-worn joggers for sure. I’ve been wearing them recently with these sneaks and this tank (some sizes and colors on sale and in stock), but Shana has also been wearing them with these fancy sandals (on sale and still in stock as well). The best part of these joggers is the material is thin enough and comfortable enough for workouts, but nice-looking enough to wear as “real pants”. Plus sizes available, in addition to kids’ and men’s sizing too.

2. Wellbe Reusable Facial-Makeup Pads
I’ve been using reusable facial pads that my mom made me, but they’re tiny and unfortunately constantly get lost in the laundry. These guys, though, are larger in size and come in a fabulous little bag that can be used for laundering. I haven’t figured out my system quite yet, but I bought two packs and am thinking I’ll put them in the little bag after use, then throw the whole bag in the laundry pile after I use the whole set, and then switch to the other set while the bag makes it way through our laundry “process”. That’ll work, right? I also just used them while traveling, and was super happy that they dried very quickly and were perfect for a quick refresh with water or toner.
3. Seamless Stretch Underwear by Chantelle Lingerie
I ordered one pair of these on a whim and once I tried them, I immediately went back online and ordered six more. I got a mix of bikini, hipster, and thong and like them all. I was skeptical initially when I realized they only came in one size, but I typically wear a size medium and they fit perfectly. No lines at ALL! and super comfortable too. They’re very stretchy, so they seem like they would work for somewhat bigger sizing or would be okay for somewhat smaller as well, but if you’re in my size range, I feel VERY confident recommending them.
4. Vince Striped Sweater
Vince stripes are the best. I’ve been wearing this Vince short sleeve tee (not on sale) on repeat but looking forward to wearing this sweater this fall under all my favorite cardigans and soft jackets. I’m wearing the size S in the first photo below (more drape and slouchier feel) and the XS in the next photo (more fitted).

5. EILEEN FISHER Cozy Cardigan
I wasn’t initially TOTALLY in love with this cardigan, but I just traveled with it for the past week, and now it’s a definite fav. The material is super soft and ultra-cozy (my teen stole it from me on the airplane to snooze and cuddle with). It’s lightweight enough that it scrunched down into my backpack and because of the cotton make-up, it didn’t feel like overkill with my flip flops during travel. The nubbly cotton texture also makes it feel not as “precious” as cashmere, while still being ultra-soft to the touch. There are less expensive cardigan options in the sale, but I’m such a fan of EILEEN FISHER’s high quality (so many of my forever-closet pieces are from EF) and I’m also a fan of EF’s sustainable practices, so I’m quite happy with this one.

6. Slip Silk Pillowcase Set
Ahhhhh…..once you sleep on a 100% silk pillowcase, it is quite difficult to go back to anything else. AND, this total indulgence actually DOES help with my morning hair situation. I have curly hair, and my hair is usually VERY wild when I wake up. After sleeping on this Slip Silk Pillowcase, though? MUCH more manageable. Silk fibers (since they’re less absorbent) are also supposed to help with your skin’s moisture while you sleep (i.e. fewer wrinkles/skin creases), and significantly reduce friction for hair and skin benefits. Beauty benefits while I sleep? Yes, please. Slip silk products are one of my favorite gifts to give, and getting these luxurious products on sale is a total bonus.
7. EILEEN FISHER Sandals
The sandals that will be taking me from summer to fall with ease. I’m in LOVE with this gorgeous olive green color, as well as the contrasting black details. The zipper along the back and velcro ankle strap make them easy on and easy off, and EILEEN FISHER’s typical shoe comfort does not disappoint either. Sizing is a bit narrow on these, but my feet are on the wide-ish side and they still feel fine.
8. Lancome Mascara Set
I’ve used Lancome Definicils mascara since I first started wearing makeup. It’s my favorite for everyday natural-looking eyelashes. If I want more dramatic lashes, I do a quick swipe of Lancome’s mascara primer (included in the set) before doing a quick swipe of my go-to Lancome Definicils (or I use Lancome’s Hypnose–just don’t get too much product on the wand). Super good deal during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for the Definicils with Primer or Hypnose set.

9. Clare V Cat-Print Bags: Tote | Midi Sac
Shana and I are both pretty smitten with the Clare V mini cat print bags this year. I’ve been wearing the smaller midi sac, and she’s been rocking the tote. The mini cat print reads as a neutral, so it’s super easy to pair with pretty much anything. If you want more of a statement, you can wear it with the bold strap that’s included OR you can switch it out for any simple black or tan strap you have in your closet.

10. Aquatalia Booties
Aquatalias are VERY special boots. Functional luxury is how they are described — Italian design mixed with weather-proof and stain-resistant technology. Not a bad combination. Many of us wait and wait for the ones we want to go on sale. Weather-friendly, chic, comfortable and very high-quality. They have a bit of a cult following in the comfortable (but still super-stylish) boot world. Sizing still available in brown, black, gray and gorgeous navy.

A huge thank you to Nordstrom and ShopStyle Collective for sponsoring this post. Always fun to look back at everything I tried during the Anniversary Sale and share the pieces I’m still (after looking at, researching, and trying a bazillion things) most excited about. As most of you know, Nordstrom makes one-stop-shopping super easy with their convenient returns, order online and pickup in-store/curbside options, and great customer service. Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to share my top picks!
