I was recently preparing for a little getaway when I realized a handful of the items that I was gathering to pack have become go-to’s for warm weather travel — and a few of them for just travel in general. These are those must-have grabs of mine that I don’t even think twice about when opening a suitcase.
And actually, one of them is my suitcase — the Béis Carry-On Roller.
My Vacation Packing List Is Full of Summer Must-Haves From Nordstrom
Listen, we all have strong opinions about luggage here at TME, but Béis is the brand that is the most brilliant, in my opinion. Béis makes bags that make sense. Every little pocket you could ever want is there (and in the smartest spots) and there are extra accessories like dirty laundry bags and cosmetic mirrors hidden away inside, too. Their diaper bags? Smartest purchase I ever made as a mom (and after two and a half years of use it looks BRAND NEW).
But it’s the Béis Carry-On Roller that I’m swooning over at the moment, and while I recently scooped up a limited edition neon color, you can choose from timeless neutral shades, too. I’m also a fan of their cosmetic case for easy beauty packing.
When it comes to said beauty packing, I’m throwing in Osea body products first. As someone with dry skin, Osea body oil and lotion are my favorites and are a no-brainer when I know I’ll be out in the sun a lot, in the ocean, or even in a pool.
Another go-to beauty product of mine for hydrated skin is Necessaire Body Serum — layer it on under lotion/body oil and your skin will be happier than ever. While the 5.1 fl oz bottom that Nordstrom carries doesn’t work for carry-on luggage, you CAN grab a travel size directly on Necessaire’s website.
For outfits, I love packing unique items for each trip, but a comfy bodysuit (and nipple covers for going bra-free), an easy pair of denim shorts, a comfy (yet chic!) pair of flip-flops, and a stretchy pair of white denim are pretty much always on my packing list.

My Summer Travel Essentials
Béis Carry-On Roller: The best suitcase. The handle even tells you when your bag is overweight!! More colors here.
Béis The Cosmetics Case: It fits more bathroom essentials than I even need to pack, AND comes with a mirror.
Osea Undaria Algae Body Oil: I keep the travel-size bottle from this set and refill it when I’m packing.
Necessaire The Body Serum: I only bring this when I’m checking my bag and bringing extra amenities. It’s my favorite post-shower hydration drench (especially after a long day in the pool or ocean).
SKIMS Fits Everybody Bodysuit: I wear this with everything and anything, it’s the most comfortable bodysuit I’ve ever tried PLUS I don’t have to wear a bra with it (but if wearing it without a bra, I do wear nipple covers — see below).
Bristols 6 Nipple Covers: I wear these with my SKIMS bodysuit, and they are incredibly comfortable and seamless.
Free People Beginners Luck Slouchy Shorts: It’s not summer travel if I’m not packing shorts. These jeans shorts are super comfy and easy to throw on with everything.
MOTHER The Rambler Ankle Straight Jeans: Being a major white-denim lover, I love packing a pair to wear with summer sweaters and tanks. This is by far the stretchiest pair of white denim I’ve ever tried — they’re amazing.
OluKai Huawai Flip Flop: Equal parts comfortable and chic, I reach for these nearly every day.
