Weekly Sales Report 3.15

Happy Friday! The sun is shining in Philly, we have a reallllly cute little baby in town (Ozzie) and this crazy week is finally over. Was Mercury in serious retrograde for anyone else? Or just our office? S will tell you a little more about that in her weekend post that goes live soon. Ha, just wait.

In the meantime, let’s forget this week even happened and do a little shopping. The dress on both S and Scotti above is on sale for just $45 and even though it’s non-maternity, Scotti swore by it for pregnancy. I mean… how amazing does it look on both of them? Comes in 8 colors and so easy to pack if you’re headed somewhere warm for Spring Break.

Scotti’s Sale Picks (Cute Sweatshirts + Something For Your Guy)

Hellooooo Spring!  I’m patiently waiting until I can put all the Sorels and wool sweaters away in favor of dresses, shorts and t-shirts. I was pregnant last year, so I’m excited to wear all of my warm weather clothes this year. Speaking of, Abercrombie has some awesome sweatshirts and hoodies on sale — wear them now with jeans and sneakers and later with denim cut-offs. (Pretty much my favorite combo for spring.) Everything is 40% off at Express – buy this amazing faux leather jacket to wear with everything this spring or get a suit for the man in your life (they have a bunch of colors and different fits). Here are the things I’m eyeing up this weekend:

Jess’ Sale Picks (Spring Shoes and Light Sweaters)

My go-to sites for sales lately have been Bloomingdale’s, Shopbop and Nordstrom. I’ve been finding so many great Spring (and Summer) forward pieces on sale, including these AFRM’s Olivia Print Top and Michael Kors Darby Strappy Espadrilles. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, I’m headed to Chicago to celebrate my niece’s 2nd birthday.

Lex’s Sale Picks (Spring Florals and Brights)

Hey, Friends! So I was on a mission to bring you all the dresses, and shoes, and black jeans, but I failed in one of those departments. I’ve been obsessed with black jeans lately, and wanted to share the love — BUT, it’s been a little bit warm here in Philly this week — like in the 60s — yassss! So, I’ve got mostly dresses, shoes and tops, mainly from Shopbop, Anthro, Nordstrom and Madewell. As you may have read in Shana’s last weekend post, some of us are heading to “mom prom” tonight, so I have to decide between a fun dress and cowgirl boots or a classy dress and a bold jacket. Which one do you think I’ll go with? Happy Shopping, and enjoy the weekend!

Linzi’s Sale Picks (Winter Baselayers + All The Cardigans)

I’ve been promising Raines now for 3 years that we would go skiing. We finally went last weekend and I have to be honest—I was really hoping my kids would hate it. Skiing is so expensive, and there’s so much schlepping, and driving 4 hours on the weekend and staying in a hotel and keeping track of ALL that gear is just not very reasonable. And I pride myself on being reasonable! But, I also love seeing my children have the time of their lives, so guess who is looking at all the ski stuff that is on sale this week. Who would have thought! I also threw in some more “reasonable” choices, though—not many pieces more reasonable than cardigans and tan shoes. Balance!

Laura’s Sale Picks (Great Denim and Cool Jackets)

Hey hey, Friday peeps! I’ve got a craaaazy Friday night planned for myself at a baking class to learn to make macarons. YES. I’m stoked. Hope you’re up to something just as wild. It’s at a fabulous little place called Cookshop here in Portland, where Pinky and I went to a rad Winter Solstice storytelling/cooking class back in December. Portland, be sure to check it out! For now, peruse some of these fun, oh-so-Laura sale finds. Bloomingdale’s has a bunch of great jeans discounted, and that varsity sweater jacket thing is so calling my name. I just got the suede jacket in the camel color and I’m loving it. I see why Gwen and Jess have been such big fans! It’s SO soft and lovely. TTS. TGIF! We made it through the Daylight Saving Life-Sucking Week!

Gwen’s Sale Picks (Michele Watches + Workout Gear)

This might be the most random sales round-up EVER. But it’s OK, because Michele watches are 50% off for 48 hours at Nordstrom Rack, and you can still get Native Deodorant for 20% off with the code MOMEDIT20 at checkout; those were two deals that were too good to pass up. I just added the workout clothes in for show..(jk. I swear I workout…Kinda.) Happy Weekend!
