Hey, hey, Friday! We made it. We had a final soccer scrimmage for Sienna’s team last night, and it was raining and in the 40s, heh. I’m SO thankful our whole season wasn’t freezing our booties off like that. We followed it with a pizza party, though, so everyone (especially me) ended happy. And I’ll admit this new insulated raincoat did keep me warm and dry.
We gifted our coach one of these, and the whole team of girlies was jumping up and down so excited, haha. We also gifted all the coaches one of these…because the girls named themselves the “Zombie Unicorns.” So, if you too have a soccer team with that name…there ya go, LOL.

Madewell brought back a great wool windowpane blazer similar to the one I love and wear all the time — and featured in the newsletter. There have been zero good alternates up until now. The Prettiest Fall Boots On Sale: And I can vouch for them! These boots make every outfit lovely and fall-ish and are still easily walkable too. They even make slouchy dad jeans look cute (coming soon)! They’re still a bit of an investment but on sale for half off at Nordstrom Rack! TTS and lovely.
BR Factory Is Even On Point RN: BR Factory is having a fab sale: 50% off lots of items and 20% extra if you have a Gap Family brands card. This might be the most fabulous coat I’ve ever seen (you do get the 20% off), and this one is a gorgeous steal of a price and perfect for the holiday season.
FINALLY Found A Dressy Apple Watch Band: This Anne Klein watchband came in yesterday, and it’s perfect. It’s easily adjustable without having to visit a jeweler and so freaking cute. While it’s not on sale right now, it’s also really reasonably priced compared with the other brands I’m looking at. And because my Apple Watch is rose gold, I also got a piece like this to complete the look. It’s perfect! I’ll pop up a pic on my Instagram stories today.

GANNI Vs. Levi’s: I’ve been crushing on this gorgeous GANNI vest for a few weeks now, but I just found this version from Levi’s that’s almost identical and on sale for under $100. That beats the almost $400 price tag of the GANNI version.

The Westman Atelier Foundation Drops are a game-changer. You only need a bit for amazing, natural-looking coverage, and it doesn’t feel like you’re even wearing makeup.
Amanda Recently Shared A Massive Banana Republic Try-On…and it definitely has me intrigued. The price jump since Banana’s rebrand is pretty significant, but almost everything’s 40% off right now…so maybe it’s worth a shot? I’m eyeing up these velvet jeans.

Some news! I’m officially an Athleta fan, and I’ve been wearing these flare leggings NONSTOP. Jess’ Sale Picks
After several weeks of traveling, this low-key, relaxing week is a very welcomed change of pace. The highlight of the week, of course, was all the trick-or-treaters we had on Monday. Jon is SUPER-heavy-handed with the candy and gives each trick-or-treater a good six to seven pieces. The reactions we got when he handed over that much candy were probably a pretty good indicator that we were handing out WAY too much — and most likely annoying all the parents too. But the faces were worth it. Priceless.
Like Hugs For My Feet: I’m still talking about my UGG Suede Platform Booties that just arrived yesterday from Bloomies. My first pair of UGGs ever, and I’m definitely impressed.
Pretty Enough To Paint: These Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor paints are some of my most favorite paints these days, and they would make a perfect holiday gift for artists of all ages and levels. They’re vibrant and high quality.
