Cute & Comfy: Affordable Loungewear From Amazon
In my search for cute and comfy loungewear for our #StayAtHome time, I tried on a bunch of Free People stuff a couple of weeks ago (their jumpsuits are pretty amazing). But if you’re looking for more budget-friendly options right now (aren’t we all), Amazon has you covered. They’ve nailed the one-and-done options your stay-at-home wardrobe is missing for a lot less. Here are my fave affordable loungewear options:
1. This Black Jumpsuit
With over 2,700 reviews, this is the best-selling jumpsuit on Amazon, and I finally decided to try it for myself. I was a bit worried about the button on the back, but the whole thing is stretchy, so you don’t have to unbutton and re-button every time you need to take it off. I went with reviews and ordered a medium (I’m usually a 28/6), and it was perfect. It comes in a ton of colors and I LOVE it. I may go back for another color because it is just so freaking comfy and easy. Dress it up or down–it’s a completely effortless look.
*If you’d rather go for a wide-leg look, check this jumpsuit out! It looks just as comfy and has a ton (over 800) of really good reviews.
2. A Blue Faux-Wrap Dress
It was the customer images that sold me on this one, and I wasn’t disappointed when it arrived. Another option that’s available in multiple colors, this one seemed to look good on all kinds of bodies, curves or no. The faux wrap skirt and sash belt help to make it flattering around the middle, and I love the t-shirt top. Dress it up, dress it down. Easy.
3. A Grey Maxi T-Shirt Dress
This one is rated over 4 stars with almost 10,000 ratings and comes in a ton of colors. I love that it has pockets that don’t add a ton of extra bulk, and the fabric is soft and comfortable. It is a bit shapeless, so I like the way it looks knotted in front better than just letting it hang loose. This would make a great cover-up, but I like just wearing it around the house as well. It will be perfect for those hot summer days when pants aren’t an option. (Are they ever really right now??) LOL
4. & 5. Leggings That Sculpt & An Off-Shoulder Top
These leggings make the booty look good. They’re high-waisted and don’t fall down like some other leggings, because they have an actual band at the very top that keeps them up. They’re also a little more difficult to get on over a bigger booty because of that band (it doesn’t mean they’re too small!), but once they’re on they look great. The phone pockets on the legs are super-handy (especially if you’re constantly putting your phone down and forgetting where you put it like me). They come in a capri length and multiple color patterns, as well as a warm fleece option I might want to try this fall.
I’ve been wanting to try this top for awhile now. I’m wearing a small in these pics, and since it’s tighter on the bottom (on both the body and the sleeves themselves), I think a medium would work as well for a more oversized look. It comes in a ton of colors and has a 4.4 rating with over 2,000 reviews. I’d say this is an easy no-brainer–check out the customer images!
Also, is he not the cutest photobomb ever? I’m not sure what’s happening in that left pic (HA!), but he’s playing with a wine stopper in the second one. And on a completely different note, those wine stoppers are coming in real handy these days. Hang in there, friends!
