I’ll be honest. Right now I’m in a bit of a fashion rut. Or rather…I’m uninspired. Clothing is having a mo-ment, no? WTF is going on out there? I have no idea. So I figured, what better time to just focus on some gorgeous printed cotton pjs that I live in when I need a little boost. When I’m feeling a little…blah.
I’ve forever been a sleep-in-whatever-comfy-pants-and-t-shirt-are-nearest kind o’ gal…do I blame the graphic tee boom of the ’80s and ’90s? Perhaps. Yes, yes I do. As a collector of graphic tees, this has just always been easiest. But as I get older sometimes I just want to feel a leetle more pulled together and fancy and gorgeous…especially when spending the night away with friends or family.

Printfresh Cotton Pajamas: A Stunning Upgrade From Sweats & Tees
So, enter Printfresh pjs. They broke me of my mismatched sets for sleeping, friends. They have THE most gorgeous prints that make this graphic designer’s heart skip a beat…literally. Every time I peruse the site, see an ad, or pull out my own pjs…my little artist heart beats fast.
My exact print is currently sold out, but there are many very similar tiger print options available…especially the Bagheera Indigo print, which is the same print in lighter blue/white. Or this exact print but in pink, Bagheera Blush.
Printfresh pajamas are hand screen-printed and sewn in Jaipur, India where they partner with socially and environmentally conscious vendors to create these beautiful sets. We love supporting this small, family-owned (sustainable) business who’s conscious of how they craft their product. Read more about their story and details on their site here. A few of us have covered them here at various times and we never tire of their beautiful fabrics.
They offer their gorgeous prints in:
Fit Notes: Their inclusive sizing runs XXS – 4X and up to 6X in some of their styles. I find the fit true to size, but I’d say size up if you’re between sizes since you want pjs to be comfy…especially if you have hips or a booty and are going for a set with pants or shorts. I’m wearing a small regular here and have a small in the sleep shirt, too. Both fit great. I previously had the long sleep set in a medium, and though the pants were a bit looser, it was just too overwhelming overall.
Printfresh now offers a few petite sleep sets, has their plus-size pajamas here (all on one page), AND have some styles for men, too! I’m eyeing the camel print for my dad for his birthday next month. He’s quite the clotheshorse, and I think he would love them! I linked to them above, but they do have a few unique options at Anthropologie (gah, like this beauty and this set!). You’ll find the biggest selection on the Printfresh site though.
As for washing, these pajamas get softer and softer with each wear, since they’re 100% cotton. The site recommends washing on delicate and tumble dry on low heat to preserve the gorgeous fabric. Sometimes I forget to do that though, but mine are still going strong and look amazing after quite a few washes.

So. Many. Beautiful prints available. Not into tigers as much as I am? There are awesome fresh citrus prints, florals and more. I am so digging the Lime and Salt Tree prints for summer.
Let me know if you’ve tried out the nightgowns or camis. Those are next on my list for the warmer temps! I love that you can mix and match in the separates section, too, for those times that I’ll probably still default to a t-shirt…but I can still rock some of these great prints in shorts or pants.
What’s inspiring you right now fashion-wise? In addition to these lovely pjs…I need some inspo, friends. Let me know your current favorite pieces in the comments and help ya girl out!
